Summary of career/studies:

I obtained the master degree in Molecular Biotechnology and Bioinformatics at the University of Milan in 2019. For my master thesis project, I worked in the enzymology laboratory of the Bioscience Department at the University of Milan.

I decided to enroll in the Functional and Structural Genomics Ph.D. course at SISSA to study Prion Biology. I am eager to deepen my knowledge in protein science and to study how prions and prion-like proteins are involved in neurodegenerative diseases.
