Summary of career/studies:

In 2020 I have completed BSc in Biology with specialisation in genetics in Moscow State University, thesis title: "Genetic-epigenetic interactions in human genome". I participated in projects regarding genetics and epigenetcs of neurodegeneration and ataxia. I was also involved in a project regarding genetic mechanisms underlying the variety of fur colours in mammals. In 2022 I have completed MSc in Bioinformatics, thesis title: "Identifying L1 transposon transcripts thatdistinguish inflammation from cancer". During my project I was studying L1 chimeric transcripts behaviour in colorectal cancer and ulcerative colitis.
